Before the first conversation

None of this is mandatory, but the more you bring, the more specific — and the less generic — our first assessment can be.

Scans of any documents already received from the tax authority (notices, interview records, advance notifications)
Background to the disputed transactions: counterparties, how performance occurred, and how funds moved
Financial statements and tax returns for the most recent complete year
For advisory or on-site work: the group structure chart and a description of the main business processes
The outcome you are aiming for, and the timeframe and budget you can work with
