We already run an ERP. What else is needed?

No system replacement. We first take stock of the interfaces and data you already have — reuse before building, call an existing interface before creating data — join the accounting ledgers to shop-floor data, and build only the missing piece.

Typically the data exists but sits apart in the ERP, spreadsheets, work orders and meters, with nobody joining it up.
Resource matching is the third of the four delivery steps, precisely so the target process runs at the lowest added cost.
Interfaces, account structures and the scope of data processing are set out in the plan before implementation starts.
