How soon are there results?

The first risk check-up report usually reaches the company within two weeks, because the data pull and the report are automated. On-site projects follow the seven stages, with conclusions and the report at stage five; during run-in what matters is whether the tool is still being used.

Every stage has an entry gate; failing the gate stops the next stage. It is the only way to keep an on-site project under control.
