What does Yidao not do?

No pure code outsourcing, no promise of getting there in one step, no business decisions made on the client's behalf, and no working around compliance. Yidao carries the judgments that require expertise and sign-off; the decisions stay with the client.

Technical delivery without business judgment does not produce real savings.
Improvement is iterative: make it work first, then optimise.
