How are AI modules priced, and how is that separated from on-site fees?

Two bases, listed separately on the quotation: on-site work is person-days times role rate with travel at cost; AI modules are priced by usage and implementation scope — the knowledge base by users, video generation by output, the procurement assistant by task volume.

What moves an AI module's price: concurrency or task volume, which systems it must connect to, whether it is deployed privately, and the length of the service term.
Modules can be bought individually; when combined around one business goal, the integration work and acceptance criteria are set out explicitly.
The final price varies with company size, process complexity and how complete the records are; the quotation governs.
